Victor Clark - Vice President and General Manager of Operations
Victor has been in the steel industry for over 15 years. Most recently, Victor was the Vice President and General Manager for one of IPSO'S largest producing plate and coil mills in the United States, producing in excess of 1.25M tons annually. Since joining IPSCO in 2000, Victor has held several progressively more responsible key managerial positions overseeing rolling, finishing, and shipping operations and was responsibilie for design, commissioning and start-up of the new heat treat facility at the Mobile Works. Prior to joining IPSCO in 2000, Victor was with Birmingham Steel where he worked in the capacity as Plant Engineerand Bar Mill Superintendent. Victor holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston.
Steve Lundmark - Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Steve Lundmark has served as our vice president, sales and marketing since Claymont Steel's inception in 1988. Prior to joining Claymont Steel, Mr. Lundmark served as manager of carbon plate sales for Lukens Steel from 1986-1988, as regional sales manager of Lukens Steel from 1977 to 1986, as a branch manager for Kaiser Aluminum from 1969 to 1977, as production supervisor at Johnson & Johnson from 1967 to 1969 and as industrial engineer for Owens-Illinois Glass from 1964 to 1967. Mr. Lundmark holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters in Business Administration.
John DeMarco - Vice President, Human Resources
John DeMarco joined Claymont Steel in December 2006 to serve as vice president, human resources. From 2003 to December 2006, John served as division manager, human resources & labor relations for Mittal Steel USA and from 2001 to 2003 he was Manager, Human Resources for the Pennsylvania Division of Bethlehem Steel. Prior to that, John held various key human resources management roles for Bethlehem Steel Corp., Amtrak Corp. & Conrail. Mr. DeMarco holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters Degree in Labor Relations from St. Francis College.
